Refunds & Returns
We work with surplus, deadstock and circular materials, which means sales on Circular Sourcing are generally final. That said, we want buyers to feel confident and supported if something genuinely isn’t right.
When returns are accepted
Returns may be accepted where:

a fabric is faulty beyond acceptable industry limits (see our Fabric Faults Policy); or
-
a fabric is materially misdescribed on the product listing.
Some faults are never acceptable (for example mould, fibre degradation or unsafe materials). If a fabric is found to have integrity-based faults, buyers will be eligible for a return and refund.
Colour and appearance
Colour is subjective and can vary due to screen calibration, lighting and dye lots. For this reason:
-
colour variation is not considered a fault; and
-
returns based on colour preference will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend ordering a swatch or viewing materials in our showroom before placing bulk orders where colour accuracy is critical.
When returns are not accepted
Returns are not accepted for:
-
change of mind;
-
deciding you no longer need the fabric;
-
finding the material cheaper elsewhere;
-
aesthetic preference where the fabric matches the listing description.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
-
fabric must be unused and uncut;
-
returned in the same condition as received;
-
returned within 15 days of purchase; and
-
include proof of purchase.
Items returned outside this window cannot be refunded.
How to request a refund
If you believe your order is faulty or misdescribed:
-
Contact the seller via your Circular Sourcing dashboard within 15 days of purchase.

If a return is agreed, the seller will provide instructions.

Once the fabric is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
Non-delivery support
If your order hasn’t shipped within 15 days and you can’t reach the seller, contact us. We’ll step in to help resolve the issue or cancel and refund the order where appropriate (for transactions processed through Circular Sourcing).
If you’ve initiated a chargeback, we’re unable to assist further with the refund process.
