These guidelines outline how Buyers and Sellers communicate on Circular Sourcing to ensure a respectful, efficient and professional experience for everyone.
Buyers — Do

Ask Sellers specific questions about listed fabrics

Order swatches or view samples in the Circular Sourcing showroom before placing bulk orders

Communicate respectfully with Sellers and the Circular Sourcing team

Request an estimated roll delivery cost to your postcode if not listed
Sellers — Do

Respond to Buyer messages within 2 business days

Create clear, accurate listings with sufficient detail

Process, pack and dispatch orders within 3 business days of order placement

Provide tracking details via the platform once orders are dispatched

Communicate respectfully with Buyers and the Circular Sourcing team
Buyers — Don’t

Request swatches where none are offered in the listing (get in touch with the Circular Sourcing team instead)

Request quantities outside the listed minimums or available stock

Ask for discounts on listed prices

Request or attempt to complete transactions outside Circular Sourcing

Contact Sellers about technical or platform-related issues (contact Circular Sourcing directly instead)
Sellers — Don’t

Ask Buyers to transact outside Circular Sourcing

Allow inventory listings to become inaccurate or outdated
