Circular Sourcing is a marketplace. Shipping is fulfilled by individual sellers, but we standardise parts of the process to make things clearer and easier for buyers.
Dispatch timeframes
- Swatches and cut metres are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days.
- Rolls are dispatched within 5–7 business days after shipping payment.
Once dispatched, tracking details will appear in your dashboard and may also be emailed to you.
Swatches & cut metres
Swatches and cut metres are shipped using flat-rate pricing based on weight. All delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout and itemised on your invoice. Sellers may choose their courier, though tracked express services are strongly encouraged.
Rolls and Cut Metres over 22kg
Roll shipping costs vary significantly based on size, weight and destination.
For roll orders:
- final shipping cost is usually confirmed after purchase;
- the seller will issue a separate shipping invoice within 3–5 business days;
- shipping must be paid before the order can be dispatched.
Where available, buyers may also:
- organise their own courier; or
- select local pickup at checkout.
