   Think about the intended use. Will your sample be worn? Laundered? Photographed? Shipped? Choose a fabric that matches the performance needs of the final design – softness, structure, stretch, durability.
2. Don’t Be Afraid to Ask

   If you find the right fabric for your project, Pro Business subscribers can request temporary holds on fabrics from Sellers while you sample. This ensures continuity if you move into production. Please note, due to the limited nature of surplus, this might not always be possible and time limits will apply, but we will try to work with you to find a great solution.
