Calling all circular economy aspiring fashion/manufacturing businesses (AU/NZ)!
At A.BCH, we’re nearing the point of having enough industrial offcuts to create our first 100% recycled yarns. Stay tuned for that. ♻️
While this is exciting, we don’t really generate enough waste to continue this at scale alone, ahem, it took 5 years of “saving up” our small offcuts to get here.
But we know that 15-20% of all fabrics end up on the cutting room floor and then binned. And we’re looking for bigger (and smaller) businesses to partner with who are willing to collect and sort their own manufacturing waste to contribute to this recycling stream.
If you are a brand - hello 👋 - and you currently manufacture from 100% cellulose, like cotton, Tencel or linen and you want to collaborate on our industry-collective recycling project, then signup to find out more info via the pink tab on the bottom of this page.
We’re looking to the future, rescuing what normally ends up at the tip + collaborating to build one part of a local circular economy. Join us? 🤝
All my best,
Founder A.BCH + Circular Sourcing
